With a focus on sustainable agriculture and water resource management, the system addresses the challenges of water scarcity during the dry season in the absence of natural irrigation sources. The SPSWP system, consisting of solar panels with pump controller, a submersible pump, and a water tank, harnesses solar energy to power the pump, eliminating the need for extensive infrastructure. The research encompasses site survey and mapping, analysis and design, installation, benefits beyond irrigation, and technical measurements. The implementation shows promising results in overcoming water scarcity issues. The system's advantages include minimal maintenance, cost savings, and enhanced reliability. Additionally, the SPSWP system serves as an educational site for renewable energy study and awareness. Performance metrics, including solar irradiance, voltage, current, solar panel temperature, and water discharge, are measured and discussed. The results indicate fluctuating solar energy availability, with voltage and current aligning with solar panel specifications. The system demonstrates a water discharge rate of 0.56 liters/second, showcasing promising outcomes in addressing water scarcity challenges for agricultural irrigation. Further research and monitoring are required to assess the long-term performance and sustainability of the system.
Hari SETIYAWATI I Gustri Ayu ARWATI Erna Soriana IMANINGSIH Yulita ADISTIN Eneng Fitri ZAKIYAH Yusuf Purwo NUGROHO Cindy Patricia SARAGIH Copyright (c) 2024 Hari SETIYAWATI, I Gustri Ayu ARWATI, Erna Soriana IMANINGSIH, Yulita ADISTIN, Eneng Fitri ZAKIYAH, Yusuf Purwo NUGROHO, Cindy Patricia SARAGIH https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-06-30 2024-06-30 3 2 72 77 10.38142/ahjpm.v2i3.869 Improving the Sustainability of MSMES Businesses Through Digital Business Development in Tegal Parang Urban Village, Mampang Prapatan Sub-District, South Jakarta https://www.journalkeberlanjutan.keberlanjutanstrategis.com/index.php/ahjpm/article/view/1116
Business development in Indonesia is happening fast and has given birth to many examples of digital businesses with diverse business models. This requires every business owner to be able to adapt and find new opportunities for business growth. This digital business model also aligns with the government program that targets 30 million MSME businesses to go digital by 2024. MSME players must keep up with technological developments to spread to a broader market, so they must try to familiarize MSME players with digital behavior. This activity is a Community Service Programme (PkM) that aims to improve the sustainability of MSME businesses through digital business development training for MSME participants. This activity is expected to provide meaningful benefits for the participants, where the participants, after attending the training, can better understand the importance of digitalization in the businesses they run. Also, the participants are expected to be able to be more effective and efficient in running their businesses using digital technology. The final result to be obtained is that MSMEs can maintain the sustainability of their business by being able to compete in the global market, have high innovation, and be strong in facing future challenges.
Dinar Nur AFFINI Aldina SHIRATINA Retno Purwani SETYANINGRUM Copyright (c) 2024 Dinar Nur AFFINI, Aldina SHIRATINA, Retno Purwani SETYANINGRUM https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-06-30 2024-06-30 3 2 78 83 10.38142/ahjpm.v3i2.1116 Improving Digital Sales and Marketing Recording Capabilities for UMKM Carving Craftsmen in Sumita Village, Gianyar Regency, Bali Province https://www.journalkeberlanjutan.keberlanjutanstrategis.com/index.php/ahjpm/article/view/1132
Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is an extracurricular activity and community service program that students carry out. This program is typically part of the university curriculum and is required to complete an undergraduate degree. Sumita Village is one of the villages that has established a partnership with Warmadewa University. During the KKN, students identified several issues SMEs (Small and medium enterprises) faced regarding carving artisans in Sumita Village. The main problem in Sumita Village is adequate sales record-keeping among the carving artisans and their limited understanding of digital sales concepts. These issues have prevented the artisans in Sumita Village from expanding their sales to reach a broader market. Based on these findings, the KKN activities in Sumita Village designed a program to provide training on sales record-keeping and online sales. After implementing this program, the impact on the community included an increased understanding of the importance of sales record-keeping among the partners, who have also been able to create simple sales records. Additionally, the partners understood the concept of online sales, enabling them to apply this system to expand their market reach.
Ni Made Intan PRILIANDANI A.A Ayu Erna TRISNADEWI Ade Ruly SUMARTINI Copyright (c) 2024 Ni Made Intan PRILIANDANI, A.A Ayu Erna TRISNADEWI, Ade Ruly SUMARTINI https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2024-06-30 2024-06-30 3 2 84 88 10.38142/ahjpm.v3i2.1132 Design and Implementation of Solar-Powered Submersible Water Pump for Irrigation System in Subak Munduk Babakan Sangeh, Bali https://www.journalkeberlanjutan.keberlanjutanstrategis.com/index.php/ahjpm/article/view/1140

This paper presents a comprehensive study on the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of a Solar-Powered Submersible Water Pump (SPSWP) system tailored for agricultural irrigation in Subak Munduk Babakan, Sangeh, Bali. Many MSMEs in the region adhere to environmentally friendly practices, such as the use of sustainable materials and technology. In the tourism sector, for example, the business world focuses on environmentally friendly tourism with effective waste management and the use of renewable energy. Likewise, agricultural MSMEs are turning to organic methods to minimize the use of harmful chemicals. Government training and mentoring programs support these environmentally friendly practices. In Tenganan Village, the Ata craftsmen group exemplifies this approach. Known for their expertise with the roots of the Ata plant, the artisans uphold traditional methods while adapting to modern trends. Although the production process is environmentally friendly, the Ata tree trunks used as raw materials cannot be cultivated, and greater awareness of Green Economy principles is needed among partners. The service team is committed to educating these craftsmen about Green Economy practices to increase productivity and economic sustainability. In addition, although craftsmen currently use simple ledgers for financial recording, they lack detailed cost accounting for raw materials and operations. Introducing financial reporting that is aligned with Green Economy principles will improve accountability and financial management. With the existence of 15 independent Ata craft groups in Tenganan Village, the establishment of an integrated supervisory body can further support the integration of Green Economy practices and overall business efficiency.
A. In Cepik Village, Tabanan-Bali, MSMEs sell attic chips, a crunchy and savory snack. The stages of program implementation are as follows :(1) Socialization regarding the importance of attractive and hygienic packaging; (2) Socialization of digital marketing strategies and assistance in creating social media for partner businesses; (3) Socialization of the creation of digital financial reports and training in creating digital financial reports in excel format. Loft chips are fried foods from grated cassava seasoned with salt, garlic, coriander, galangal, and typical fillers such as peanuts or soybeans. This MSME is a typical complementary food to rice in the village. Warmadewa University has the potential to contribute to preserving and developing attic chips MSMEs in Cepik Village by providing facilities, attractive packaging, digital marketing, and training in making digital financial reports.
